For the strawberry chocolate jam, first wash the strawberries, pat dry, remove the stems and cut into small pieces (or puree). Place in a large saucepan, sprinkle with preserving sugar and cook according to package directions.
Finally, add the chocolate that has been cut into pieces. Immediately pour the strawberry-chocolate jam into sterile jars and seal tightly.

The strawberry chocolate jam also tastes good with white chocolate!
