For the almond candies, mix almonds, chocolate, sugar and amaretto in a bowl. Allow to infuse well for a few hours.
Moisten your hands and form small, shapely balls in portions. Roll them in the crumbled almond flakes.
Then let the almond balls dry on a rack for a few hours and then place them in pretty paper cups.
