Rinse broccoli, clean. Chop coarsely. Place in boiling, salted water. Do 15 min. Take out. Drain well. Heat butter in a frying pan. Add broccoli. Sprinkle with salt and nutmeg. Mix eggs. Mix in parsley and cheese. Grind once with a pepper mill. Pour this mixture over the broccoli. Bake. (The underside should be golden brown) Slide out of the skillet onto a plate. Toss together like an omelet. Garnish with diced bell bell pepper.
