For the granola apple, wash the apple, cut off the top and remove the core. Scoop out apple with a coffee spoon and sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice.
Chop the remaining apple pieces, mix with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, muesli and yogurt and fill the hollowed apple with it. Put the lid on and serve the muesli apple immediately.
Preparation Tip:
Some pomegranate seeds also go wonderfully with the filling of the granola apple.
