For the carrot porridge with zucchini, peel the carrot and cut into small pieces. Cut the zucchini into small pieces as well.
Bring some water to a boil and cook the vegetable pieces in it. Mash or puree with a fork and stir in the oil.
Allow to cool before serving.

The carrot porridge with zucchini can also be prepared with potatoes.
