First prepare the spaetzle. To do this, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until the dough bubbles and is smooth.
Boil a pot of water, put some dough on a board and scrape it in with a pastry card. Cook the spaetzle for about 5 minutes until they float to the surface.
Drain the spaetzle, rinse and set aside briefly.
Sear the pork cutlets and deglaze with a dash of white wine.
Add Rama Creme Fine to cook and season with salt and pepper. Serve together.
Preparation Tip:
Rahmgeschnetzeltes can also be prepared with chicken or turkey. Refine with capers or herbs to taste.
