For brains with egg, coarsely chop the brains. Fry the onion in butter, add the brains and stir-fry. Add the egg whites and fry.
Finally, mix in chopped parsley. Arrange on plates in portions and place a raw yolk in a depression in the center.
Preparation Tip:
If you do not like the raw yolk, you can fry the whole eggs. Brain with egg is best served with salad.
