Mix the dill in the juice of one lemon and soak for 5 min. In the meantime, drain the salmon, remove the skin and bones. Now mash it in a baking bowl with a fork and add salt, pepper, the juice of one lemon (with the dill), cayenne pepper and a little grated nutmeg. Now add the mashed potatoes, chopped egg, capers and parsley and mix well with a fork.
Form the indicated mass of meat loaves and turn each one in the flour to the other side. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs in it for a few minutes on each side. Drain.
Offer 4 meatballs for one person.
