For the coconut biscuits, whip egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Add sugar and continue beating.
Then carefully fold in the coconut flakes. Shape the mixture with 2 small spoons and place directly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the coconut buns in the preheated oven at 160°C (hot air) for about 15 to 20 minutes.
