For the orange punch, first make the tea with the 3 tablespoons of black tea and the 1 1/2 liters of water, steep for 5 minutes, strain.
Using a peeler or a zester, peel the oranges and the lemon. If using a peeler, continue to cut the peel strips into julienne strips.
Add to the tea and bring to the boil again and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain through a sieve.
Squeeze the fruit, pour the juice to the tea and finally add the Jamaica rum.
Pour the hot orange punch into large tea cups and serve each with a candy sugar stick.
