For the buckwheat waffles, mix the given ingredients into a rather thin batter. Oil and heat the waffle iron. Pour the waffle batter into the iron and close the iron.
Bake for about 6 to 8 minutes, open the waffle iron and remove the waffles, serve while still hot with apricot roast and powdered sugar.

The buckwheat waffles are best eaten hot, enjoyed cold, they are not so tasty. Enjoy with homemade apricot roast or applesauce.
