For the pumpkin seed cup cake, first mix the pumpkin seeds with flour, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a 250 ml cup.
Then stir in pumpkin seed oil, egg and milk or water. Then cook the pumpkin seed cupcake in the microwave on the highest setting for about 2-3 minutes.
