Put the two tea bags in a pot.
Cut the lemongrass into pieces and the ginger into slices. Put both in the pot and pour 1 liter of boiling water over them.
Let steep for 10 minutes, then remove the tea bags.
Let the tea steep in the refrigerator overnight.
Pour through a hair sieve into a thermos.
Preparation Tip:
Ice cubes in the thermos keep the tea refreshingly cold.
