For the buckwheat wafers, mix the ingredients well in a smaller mixing bowl with a blender. Leave to swell for approx. 15-20 minutes. If the dough is too thick, dilute with a little mineral water.
Bake about 6 waffles in a waffle iron.
Serve with compote or jam.
