Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff, then carefully fold in the cheese and bacon.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and portion out four heaps of the snow mixture onto the baking paper using a spoon.
Make a well in the center of each mound and place an egg yolk in it.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C for 4 minutes.
Carefully remove the cloud eggs from the baking paper with a palette and enjoy while still warm.

The snow mixture for the cloud eggs can also be refined with paprika powder.
