For the marshmallow fondue, melt the marshmallows with the juice of one lemon and a little water over moderate heat.
Add the whipped cream and mix to a uniform cream. Keep warm on a teapot warmer.
Dip the fruit and cake cubes into the cream and enjoy the marshmallow fondue as a dessert.
Preparation Tip:
The marshmallows needed for the marshmallow fondue are soft, quite sweet giant candies made of cornstarch syrup, sugar, dextrose and gelatin. They come in green=lime, pink=strawberry, orange=orange and yellow=lemon.
