Mix the drained lentils and finely chopped onion with the soaked and squeezed bread.
Add the egg, salt, pepper, marjoram and mustard. Add as many breadcrumbs as necessary until a firm mixture is formed.
With wet hands, form loaves and roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot fat on both sides.
Preparation Tip:
Serve the loaves with cooked vegetables, for example.
