Remove stems and flowers from rose hips, rinse, cut in half and boil with 500 ml water for 20 minutes. After boiling, grind them (using a sieve). Mix the puree with the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes. Immediately fill into jars.
