For the zucchini chips, cut the zucchini into thin slices and mix in a bowl with oil, salt and paprika powder. Place in the hot air fryer so that the slices do not touch and fry at 160 °C for 15 minutes.
Pat dry with a paper towel and toss in a bowl with salt and paprika powder.
Preparation Tip:
You can also prepare the zucchini chips in a normal deep fryer or in a pot. To do this, simply heat oil and fry the unseasoned zucchini slices in the oil for a few minutes.
