For the bread soup, peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat some butter in a saucepan.
Sauté the onion until translucent, add the chopped bread, garlic and some marjoram.
Add the soup and simmer on low heat. Blend everything with a hand blender, add the sour cream and season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper.
Before serving the bread soup, stir in the whipped cream and parsley.
Preparation Tip:
The bread soup tastes very good if you add a few drops of pumpkin seed oil.
