For the mushroom and chard pan, clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Wash the chard and cut into strips about 2 cm wide.
Peel the zucchino, cut in half lengthwise and cut into half rings. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Sauté everything in a pan with plenty of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
