Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!
Cut the meat into small cubes, season with paprika, pepper, salt and fry briefly. Sauté the finely chopped shallots in the drippings with a little paradeis pulp. Add the sour whipped cream and the demi-glace and add the sliced mushrooms.
Reduce the sauce to the desired consistency, pour over the meat cubes and season everything with the juice of a lemon and freshly ground pepper. Serve in a dish and sprinkle with fine strips of gherkins.
