For the winged chicken breast, prepare a marinade from the olive oil, chopped onion, salt, pepper and thyme. Wash the breast fillet, dab it dry and cut it so that when opened it forms a pair of wings (do not cut all the way through).
Leave the fillet in the marinade for 4 hours. Heat the contact grill to level 5. Place the fillet piece on top, fold over and grill for 5 minutes.
Arrange the winged chicken breast and serve.
