A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Mix all ingredients – except egg whites – together very well, add egg whites, combine into a dough and rest for one night.
Roll out dough to 5 mm thickness, cut rhombs.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at medium heat (180 °C ) in the middle of the heated oven.
For the sugar, mix glaze, juice of one lemon and cherry until smooth. Glaze the still hot treats with it.
