For the zucchini vegetables, coarsely grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess water.
Heat oil in a pot and add the paprika powder. Add the squeezed zucchini as well.
Season with salt and pepper. If necessary, add a little water.
When the zucchini is softly cooked, remove from heat and stir in the sour cream. Serve the zucchini vegetables.
