A cake recipe for all foodies:
3 eggs
3 cups sugar
4 cups flour
2 cups buttermilk
1 baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
Stir through and mold in a cake springform pan.
Topping: 2 cups shredded coconut 1 cup sugar
mix in a baking bowl and sprinkle on top of the batter and bake at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes.
After baking liquid whipped cream over the still hot cake form.
Or melt 1 piece of butter and mold over the still hot cake.
