For the spicy curd cheese loaf, finely chop parsley, garlic, carrots and onion, dice ham or bacon and mountain cheese. Mix all ingredients, season well and leave to soak for a while.
Heat clarified butter in a pan, spoon the mixture into the pan and press flat. Then fry the Pikanten Topfenlaibchen on both sides until light brown.
