Sauté onions in oil. Add kale and tomatoes, enrich with vegetable soup. When it is a little browned, add a grated potato and let it bubble up. Finally, add the grated cheese (or processed cheese) to the saucepan and let it melt. If necessary, add gypsy sauce and freshly ground pepper to taste.
