For the sago cooler, place water in a pot and bring to a boil. Add sago and cook (about 20 minutes) until sago balls become translucent. Strain the sago balls, rinse and set aside. Divide the mint and lime juice among 4 glasses and lightly mash with a pestle. Add the sugar syrup and the sago balls and top up with water or soda.
