For the hazelnut candies, mix hazelnuts, chocolate, sugar and Baileys in a bowl. Allow to soak well for a few hours.
Moisten your hands and form small, shapely balls in portions. Roll them in the grated hazelnuts.
Then let the hazelnut balls dry on a rack for a few hours and then place them in pretty paper cups.
Preparation Tip:
You can also use white chocolate for the coconut balls.
