Beat the egg yolks, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Beat 6 egg whites until stiff and stir in very carefully with the hazelnuts, chocolate, flour and baking powder. Put the mixture on a baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Then brush the still hot mass with currant jam. Mix 250 g powdered sugar with rum and hot water and glaze the slices with it. Let cool and cut out stars.
Then coat the stars with a hazelnut glaze.
