Prepare a shortcrust pastry from cornstarch, baking powder, flour, sugar, flavoring, salt, eggs and cold fat. As the last step, knead in the halved hazelnut kernels. Cut into five equal parts, form rolls (0 2 to 3 cm) and refrigerate. Then cut into narrow slices and place on a saved baking tray. Place in the middle of the gas oven and bake until golden brown.
