Salmon Fillet with Chili, Ginger and Lemongrass From the Steamer
Place salmon fillets skin side down on a perforated baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread chili, grated ginger, lemongrass on the salmon fillets, place spring onion on the tray as well. Drizzle with peanut oil and sprinkle with sea salt and ground pepper. Steam in steamer at 100% steam for 8 minutes.
