Pour the yogurt into a sieve to drain. Hard boil the eggs, chill in cold water, then peel and finely chop. Toast the almond kernels in a dry frying pan, turning all around until golden brown, then chill and pass through an almond grinder. Stir the drained yogurt through with sugar, mustard, salt, pepper and olive oil, stir in the almond kernels as well as the eggs.
