Try this delicious cake recipe:

Spread the puff pastry on the baking sheet and prick the bottom regularly with a fork. Sprinkle with almond kernels and orange peel.

Stir through sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Add crème fraîche and cream.

Remove the skin from the apples, cut out the core and cut five mm thick slices. Spread evenly on the cake base. Pour the cream on top.

Bake the tart in the oven heated to 200 degrees on the lowest rack for about forty minutes.

Cool and enjoy as fresh as possible.
