Instructions:

Pit apricots and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with preserving sugar and let steep covered for 24 hours.

Stir well in a large saucepan. It should be filled only halfway with the fruit-sugar quantity.

Bring to a boil and cook for 2-4 minutes (watch out for splashing!).

Remove from heat and stir in the apricot spirit.

Pour into sterile glasses, sprinkle with apricot spirit and close tightly.

Preparation Tip:

The amount is enough for about 6 glasses á 250 g.
