Apricot Sorbet

For the apricot sorbet, bring water and sugar to a boil and cool. Peel the apricots and puree them with the lemons (so they don’t turn brown).

Then stir in the sugar solution and put this mixture in an ice cream maker. Ready arrange in a glass with fruit and serve.

Preparation Tip:
