For the Asian noodle dish, first defrost the turkey breast if necessary, dry it and cut it into pieces of about 2 cm.

Remove the seeds from the bell bell pepper, rinse and cut into strips.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan (wok if possible), fry the meat briefly in it, add the peppers, steam along.

Briefly rinse the soy germs under cold water, let them drain and add to the meat. Season everything with soy sauce, sambal oelek and sweet and sour sauce, then set aside with the lid closed.

Cook the egg noodles in enough boiling hot salted water as directed, loosen with fork, and pour off the water, mix with remaining oil.
