Halve the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into thin wedges, place on a baking tray and season with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven at 170 °C for about 25 minutes until soft.

Remove the pumpkin from the oven and mash with a fork, mix with the curd cheese, chopped tomato fillets and sambal oelek (use more or less depending on the desired spiciness).

Season the autumn spread with salt and pepper, sprinkle with hazelnuts and serve.
