Homemade baby food – First complementary food.

For the berry semolina porridge, heat milk in a pot. Add the semolina and bring to the boil. Allow to swell over low heat for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Wash the berries, remove the stems and leaves. Cut into pieces and puree with a hand blender. If you like, you can also pass the raspberries through a fine sieve to obtain a puree without seeds. Now stir in butter.

If necessary, let berry semolina porridge cool to eating temperature.
