Cherry cream cheese: Soak gelatine in cold water. Rinse and pit cherries, coarsely crush with a small amount of yogurt. Add rest of yogurt, cream cheese and maple syrup, stir until smooth, stir dissolved gelatin into cream. Shelf life in refrigerator about 3 days.

Carrot Nut Creme: Coarsely chop carrots, cook in a little water, chop walnuts in a blitz chopper. Carrot pieces, crème fraîche and honey to the nuts in the blitz chopper form. Whip everything until creamy, season with salt and orange zest. Keeps in the refrigerator for about 1 week.

Kitchen herb spread: rinse kitchen herbs, dry well and chop finely in the blitz chopper. Add cottage cheese and crème fraîche and mix well. Keep in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
