Rinse the apples and cut away one lid. Using an apple corer, fish out the core generously to create a cavity for filling. Brush the fruit with the juice of one lemon and place in a well-buttered baking dish. Spread a tiny bit of jelly evenly into each apple.

Mix the mascarpone, almond kernels and egg yolks. Grate the marzipan with a Bircher grater and mix everything together. Fill in the apples and sprinkle them with pine nuts. Pour the white wine over them.

Roast the apples in the oven heated to 180 degrees on the lowest shelf for about thirty minutes, depending on the type of apple the roasting time can vary from 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot or lukewarm.
