For the baked pineapple curd cream, first grease ovenproof ramekins.

Place the biscuits in the pineapple juice. Mix 4 tablespoons of the juice with curd, egg yolk and vanilla sugar.

Layer the biscuits, pineapple and curd cream in the ramekins. Sprinkle sugar on top and bake briefly using the oven’s grill function.

Serve the baked pineapple and curd cream.

Preparation Tip:

Baked pineapple curd cream can also be baked with a bun burner.
