Instructions:

For the berries with yogurt cream, soak the gelatine in cold water and preheat the oven to 160°C. Cut the strudel dough into rectangles of the same size (approx. 10×5 cm), brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven for approx. 6-8 minutes.

For the filling, heat the rum and lemon juice, dissolve the gelatine in it. Mix the yogurt with the sugar and a pinch of cardamom and incorporate the gelatin. Fold in the whipped cream.

Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.

Now spread some of the yogurt-cream on a strudel sheet, place some strawberries on top and again place a strudel sheet on top. Continue until you have 6 berry towers of the same height. Sprinkle the berries with yogurt-upper cream in strudel sheets with powdered sugar and serve.
