Instructions:

For the bread on a skewer, prepare a dampfl with half of the milk, the crumbled yeast and some flour. Dissolve the butter in the remaining milk. As soon as the dampfl shows jumps, knead with the remaining dough ingredients to a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
