Instructions:

Stir yeast with sugar until dissolved. Add the flour in the bowl, the oil, the water and finally the salt. Mix with the dough hook until the dough is smooth and separates from the edge of the bowl. Put the baking bowl in the refrigerator for one night.

Immediately after getting up knead dough, form into rolls, let rise for 20 min (during this time shower, rinse, or…) put into cold oven. Bake at 225 degrees for 15-20 min.
