Instructions:

For the brownie cheesecake, first cut the berries into bite-sized pieces, season well with the powdered sugar and some lime juice.

For the brownie, cut the butter and chocolate into small pieces, melt slowly together in a saucepan.

Beat the eggs and sugar until foamy, then slowly stir in the chocolate-butter mixture. Finally, fold in the flour, baking powder and hazelnuts.

Empty the mixture into a baking pan (26 cm in diameter) lined with baking paper or a baking tray and smooth it out.

For the cheesecake, mix all ingredients well and empty onto raw brownie batter. Bake in preheated oven at 160c for about 35-45 minutes.

Portion the brownie cheesecake into small pieces and serve together with berries.

Preparation Tip:

The brownie cheesecake goes great with vanilla ice cream.
