For the cabbage soup, first shave and wash the cabbage. Fry the finely chopped bacon in a little oil. Sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent. Press the garlic cloves into it. Fry the cabbage.

Season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper. When the cabbage is well browned, add paprika powder and deglaze with tomato sauce and water.

Add finely chopped parsley. Cook until soft.

Preparation Tip:

Before serving, refine the cabbage soup with some kernel oil.
