For the Camembert Burger, bake the Camembert in hot fat until crispy, then drain on a paper towel.

Wash lettuce leaves and drain well. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. Peel onion and cut into fine rings. Prepare some cocktail sauce from mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.

Cut the fresh rolls apart, spread cocktail sauce on the bottom, put a lettuce leaf on top, baked camembert on top, tomatoes, onion and finally put the lid on top.

The Camembert Burger can also be made with other pastries. Either with real burger buns or also with wholemeal biscuits.
