Instructions:

For the caramel sauce, caramelize (heat) the sugar in a saucepan until light brown. Pour in whipped cream and stir until smooth. But be careful. Very hot steam will develop in the process!

Then pour in orange juice and let everything thicken to a creamy consistency. Stir again before serving. If the sauce is too thick, stir in some additional cream to make a viscous caramel sauce.
